Flexible Pickup & Turnaround Policy
This membership includes the option to split your weekly laundry allowance into two pickup days per week instead of one. This allows families to send laundry throughout the week rather than needing all bags ready on a single day.
You may choose either:
One pickup day per week, or
Two pickup days per week for added flexibility.
Turnaround Times:
When multiple bags are sent in a single pickup (2–3 bags), turnaround times may vary. To maintain quality care while still offering fast service when needed, we guarantee:
• At least one bag will be returned the next business day
• Remaining bags will be returned within 48–72 hours
This allows essential items (such as work or school clothing) to be prioritized while ensuring all laundry receives proper care.
