Kaylan
Ogle
Lafayette, Louisiana · Founder & Systems Builder · Entrepreneur · Mom of two
Built by someone who gets it.
The Modern Concierge wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born from a gift — an extremely type-A, obsessively organized mind — and a desire to use it to serve others.
Kaylan Ogle grew up moving through central Louisiana — 9 schools, 30+ moves — and turned that upbringing into her greatest strength: the ability to walk into any room, any situation, and make things work.
Today she runs The Modern Concierge full-time — building the systems, the SOPs, and even the software that keep it running — and is a wife and mom of two boys under five.
Most people manage chaos. I eliminated mine — then built a business doing the same for you.
Growing up, Kaylan attended 9 different schools and moved over 30 times — all within central Louisiana. Most people would call that instability. Kaylan calls it her education.
It taught her how to adapt fast, read people instantly, build trust quickly, and figure out systems that make chaos manageable. Skills that translate directly into helping someone else run their home, their business, or both.
At 18, she moved to Lafayette and never looked back. She built a life here — a career, a family, a community — and fell in love with the city's energy and the ambition of the people building things in it.
Kaylan started The Modern Concierge to put that gift to work for other people. She's extremely type-A, believes organizing is a talent God gave her for a reason, and built this business to serve others with it.
She believes in systems — real ones, with SOPs, that work whether it's a home that needs running or a business that needs order. She's a fast learner who leans on AI and technology to build those systems, and can code well enough that she built her own website and a piece of software to help run the company.
What she loves most is the moment someone hands her something they've been stressing over — and then gets to spend a Saturday with their family instead of thinking about it. That reaction is the whole point.
"I run a team of 10 and support 15+ clients — and I still make it home for dinner, and a night with my husband and kids, without stressing over the things I know how to delegate. I have my own assistant. I live by exactly what I'm selling."
Our values
We're not a ticketing system or a call center. Every client gets a real person who knows their name, their preferences, and their life. That personal connection is what makes our service different.
Kaylan built this business on systems — because good systems are what give you time back. Every client gets a customized approach that fits their workflow, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
We operate quietly behind the scenes. What happens in your business stays in your business. Trust is the foundation of every client relationship we build — and we protect it fiercely.
You shouldn't have to follow up with your assistant. When we say we'll handle something, it gets handled — completely, correctly, and on time. Every time.
We keep our client roster intentionally limited. Not every service should scale to infinity. We grow carefully so that every client always feels like the only client.
Lafayette isn't just where we work — it's home. We're invested in the success of this community and the entrepreneurs building something real here. Your win is our win.
