The Modern Concierge wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born from a life that demanded extraordinary organization — and a woman who made it look effortless.

Kaylan Olivier grew up moving through central Louisiana — 9 schools, 30+ moves — and turned that upbringing into her greatest strength: the ability to walk into any room, any situation, and make things work.

Today she runs a boutique executive assistant service, works a full-time EA role, is planning her wedding, and is raising two boys under five — all while building something real for the people of Lafayette and beyond.

She never met a stranger. Now she's your assistant.

Growing up, Kaylan attended 9 different schools and moved over 30 times — all within central Louisiana. Most people would call that instability. Kaylan calls it her education.

It taught her how to adapt fast, read people instantly, build trust quickly, and figure out systems that make chaos manageable. Skills that translate directly into being an exceptional executive assistant.

At 18, she moved to Lafayette and never looked back. She built a life here — a career, a family, a community — and fell in love with the city's energy and the ambition of the people building things in it.

After spending years as an Executive Assistant, Kaylan realized she had something rare: the ability to walk into someone's professional life, understand exactly what they needed, and quietly make everything run better. The Modern Concierge is that gift, formalized.
