Kaylan grew up in central Louisiana — 9 schools, 30+ moves — and turned that upbringing into her greatest strength: the ability to walk into any room, any situation, and make things work. She never met a stranger, and she never will.
After years as a professional Executive Assistant, she built The Modern Concierge from a simple belief: busy people deserve better support. Today she runs the business alongside a full-time EA role, plans her wedding, and raises two boys under five in athletics — all without dropping a single ball.

Victoria is the backbone of The Modern Concierge. She handles everything with the kind of quiet competence that makes you wonder how you ever managed without her. As both an EA to the business and a dedicated assistant to her own clients, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
With 8 years as an office manager in the medical field, Victoria brings a level of organization and efficiency that most people can only aspire to. She's a natural problem-solver who doesn't require direction — she sees what needs to be done and does it.
A wife and mom of three, she understands firsthand what it means to be stretched thin — and exactly how the right support can change everything.

Rideau
Alex is the heartbeat of The Modern Concierge's day-to-day operations. A Lafayette native and former teacher, she brings the same patience, creativity, and attention to detail to every client she supports.
From managing schedules and client communication to content creation, marketing, and home resets, Alex has a gift for bringing calm to the chaos. Her creative eye and soft-spoken nature make her the kind of assistant clients feel immediately comfortable with.
When she's not keeping things running behind the scenes, you'll find her chasing after her three kids and finding creative ways to make everyday life a little more beautiful.

Goree
Livia leads The Modern Concierge's Denver market, bringing the same high-touch, boutique experience that Lafayette clients know and trust to professionals across Denver and the surrounding areas.
With an MBA and 20+ years of professional experience in marketing and event planning, Livia combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. She supports clients with organization, systems, client management, and operational growth — helping them stay focused, efficient, and ahead.
Her background gives Denver clients access to a truly exceptional level of support, backed by The Modern Concierge's proven systems and brand.
