Kaylan grew up in central Louisiana — 9 schools, 30+ moves — and turned that upbringing into her greatest strength: the ability to walk into any room, any situation, and make things work.
After years as a professional Executive Assistant, she built The Modern Concierge from a simple belief: busy people deserve better support. Today she runs the business alongside a full-time EA role, and is a wife and mom of two — proof that her systems actually work.

Haas
Victoria is Kaylan's right hand and the backbone of The Modern Concierge. She handles everything with the kind of quiet competence that makes you wonder how you ever managed without her. As both an EA to the business and a dedicated assistant to her own clients, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
With 8 years as an office manager in the medical field, Victoria brings a level of organization and efficiency that most people can only aspire to. She's a natural problem-solver who doesn't require direction — she sees what needs to be done and does it.
A wife and mom of three, she understands firsthand what it means to be stretched thin — and exactly how the right support can change everything.

Peaden
Heidi Jo works directly alongside Kaylan, making sure she has everything she needs to keep The Modern Concierge running smoothly day to day.
A wife and mom of three married to a private pilot, she brings a steady, detail-oriented touch to everything she does — and spends her free time painting.
Victoria
Oser
Victoria grew up in New Orleans and earned her degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. After a few years back home in New Orleans, she realized Lafayette was where she truly belonged.
Today she proudly lives and works in the community she's come to love.

Natalie spent years in medical admin, handling SOPs and HR duties — experience that makes her one of the strongest systems builders on our team, with a real talent for helping businesses streamline their processes.
A wife and mom of five boys, she knows better than anyone what it takes to keep it all together — and brings that same steady, organized touch to every client she supports.
Morgan
Plumbar
Morgan spent eight years in a director role at her family's business before joining The Modern Concierge as an Executive Assistant, bringing that same steady leadership to every client she supports.
She's known for keeping things light and fun around the office — and this year, she's celebrating a big milestone of her own: getting married!
Rachel
Morvant
Originally from DeRidder, Louisiana, Rachel moved to Lafayette to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Architecture. With two years of experience as a server, a year as a personal assistant, and a year in retail, she's developed a natural ability to work with people, anticipate needs, and keep things running smoothly.
After falling in love with Lafayette, she eventually settled in Breaux Bridge, where she now calls home. Outside of her work as a personal assistant, she runs her own painting business and enjoys spending time with her chihuahua, Ellie Mae. She believes the best support is knowing that someone dependable is behind the scenes making sure everything is handled.

Olivia is originally from Tioga, Louisiana, and came to Lafayette for college, graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
She's stayed in the community she grew to love, and now brings that same hometown warmth to her work as a Personal Assistant.

Goree
Livia leads The Modern Concierge's Denver market, bringing the same high-touch, boutique experience that Lafayette clients know and trust to professionals across Denver and the surrounding areas.
With an MBA and 20+ years of professional experience in marketing and event planning, Livia combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. She supports clients with organization, systems, client management, and operational growth — helping them stay focused, efficient, and ahead.
Her background gives Denver clients access to a truly exceptional level of support, backed by The Modern Concierge's proven systems and brand.

Shanley
Meredith is a Baton Rouge native with a heart for serving others and building meaningful relationships. She's passionate about helping people feel supported and cared for.
Her faith plays an important role in her life, and she strives to approach both work and relationships with integrity, compassion, and intentionality.
