How does pickup & delivery work for your Laundry Service?Place your bag at the scheduled pickup location. We collect, professionally wash, dry, fold, and return it within the confirmed turnaround window.
What size is a laundry bag?All services are priced per 13‑gallon bag unless otherwise noted in a membership.
What items do you wash?We wash personal laundry, towels, linens, and rags—depending on the service selected. Business laundry is towels, linens & rags only.
Do you provide detergent?Yes. We use professional‑grade detergent. If you have sensitivities we offer Free & Clear options. If you would like to provide your own detergent we have that option too.
How do memberships work?Memberships include a set number of bags per month with scheduled pickups at a discounted per‑bag rate.
Can I change my Laundry Membership later?Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with notice before your next billing cycle.
