    • Up to 5 scheduled house visits/month
    • Core check‑ins, coordination, and updates

    Tier 2 — Standard Host Support | $350/month
    Everything in Tier 1, plus:
    • Up to 8 scheduled house visits/month
    • Supply restocking
    • Guest‑related support

    Tier 3 — Full‑Service Concierge | $550/month
    Everything above, plus:
    • Unlimited visits
    • Priority support
    • Hands‑on day‑to‑day coordination

    Hourly Support (outside packages): $35/hour (2‑hour minimum)
    For special errands, extra visits, urgent runs, and custom needs.
